Learn Digital Marketing

Learn Social Media Marketing
Ellavya offering his thumb to Virtual Guru Dronacharya
Modern Eklavya’s are learning social media marketing by ‘copy-paste’.  They have half-baked knowledge!  ½  Knowledge is coming in the way of professionals because it is viral.  Why do we call it ‘half-baked’ knowledge?  Because people ‘cook’ up stories without knowing all the ingredients in the recipe!  On the social media whether you use Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, or twitter or any other social site, ½  knowledge will be found everywhere.   1 ½  Knowledge has an answer to every question even before it is asked!

Almost every other person is a follower of Eklavya culture, especially when it comes advising on Facebook.  Even if they don’t know, they give it a try, forgetting that the other person can land into some ugly situation.  Enough, now is the time to put an end to half-baked training.

Google Fools on April One

This time it is Treasure Hunt and 2D Maps!

Try new Google Maps in 2D!

  • Explore 2D hand drawn landmarks
  • Find hidden treasure chests
  • Beaware of pirates!

Beta Maps technology and has certain system requirements. Your system may not be able to display at higher resolutions than paper print. Take care when unfolding the map to avoid ripping it.

  • Google's team discovered a paper map that has been verified as Captain Kidd's treasure map. However, we haven't deciphered all the clues yet and its up to you to access his map and uncover the secrets. If we all work together, we can solve the mystery and find the long lost treasure.
  • Archaeological analysis has confirmed that our Google Maps Street View team has indeed found one of history’s long lost relics: a treasure map belonging to the infamous pirate, William “Captain” Kidd.
  • The map was found on a recent expedition in the Indian Ocean, as part of a deep-water dive to expand our underwater Street View collection. Captain Kidd was rumoured to have buried his treasure around the world, and tales of a long-lost treasure map have lingered for generations.

The foot (read fool) Note:
Due to our nascent nano-scanner technology we weren't able to scan to the closet zoom levels. If you come across a blank map, zoom out to get back to the treasure map.

Google's history of April 1 jokes can be traced back to the year 2000 when Google announced the launch of MentalPlex, when Google asked its users to focus on a swirling spiral and project a mental image of what they wanted to search for and the results page displayed humorous error messages.  MentalPlex was followed by PigeonRank, where Google claimed that it used pigeons for its PageRank system.
